The Heath hat is crafted from Alessandria shaved felt, known for its softness, lightweight feel, and durability, as well as its ability to maintain its shape over time. This model is unlined, offering a lightweight and comfortable fit. The design is enriched by a thin 0.5 cm wide leather band and a galvanized metal plaque. The brim is wide, measuring approximately 10 cm. Each Borsalino felt hat takes seven weeks to be handcrafted by our skilled artisans at the Maison in Alessandria, whose passion and craftsmanship are expressed in every single piece. The Borsalino handmade production process involves more than 50 steps and is passed down from generation to generation.
