RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL NOTICE - LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY AND RETURN FOR DEFECT OR NONCONFORMITY

 

If you wish to return a Product, please follow these simple steps.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to inform us you intend to return the product. You can send an explicit statement of your decision to withdraw to Triboo Digitale, by emailing customersupport@borsalino.com, requesting the withdrawal form from Customer Care, and then following the instructions in the withdrawal confirmation email to complete the process.

Once you have sent your return merchandise application, you have a further 14 days to physically return the product.

 

Please remember that we will replace only those Products that were received damaged, defective or incorrect; we do not make replacements for size changes.

 

Upon completion of the procedure, a confirmation e-mail will be sent containing the return form to be placed in the box, a sheet with the warehouse address to be printed and affixed to the outside of the package, and instructions on how to proceed with the return of the product.

 

Place the completed return form in the box along with the Product(s) to be returned. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all their parts, unused, in their original packaging and with all manuals provided, as well as labels and tags still attached.

 

Our warehouse operators will inspect all returned products to ensure their perfect condition. The User will be charged for any loss in value, and will receive a refund equal to the remaining amount.

 

Affix the address of our warehouses to the outside of the box.

Please note, if you use an alternative courier service, Borsalino cannot be held liable.

Shipping bills should be kept for future reference. Once the returned Products reach the warehouses, we will make the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal etc)
